Pricing, plainly.

Are response rates really 3-5%?
Across our campaigns, personalised handwritten letters into the right targeting typically run between 3% and 5%. Where a campaign lands inside that range depends on who you are writing to: high net worth and large portfolio owners answer at the lower end, ordinary stock at the higher end. Printed letters typically run 2% to 3%.
Are leads exclusive?
Yes. Each lead pack and each campaign is unique to one client. Once you engage a lead, it's removed from our pool. We do not resell, recycle, or syndicate.
Can I change buying criteria mid-campaign?
Yes, we'd rather you got the right shape of pipeline. Changes to a live campaign can be priced as a list re-pull or rolled into the next batch, depending on what you need.
Do you handle the answering service?
An answering service is optional on Starter, included on Growth and dedicated on Scale. We can also brief your own team's number if you'd rather take responses in-house.
What about compliance and data?
All targeting is built from public sources, Companies House, Land Registry-related data, public filings. We dedupe, suppress opt-outs, and run campaigns under standard UK marketing-mail rules.
How fast can a campaign go out?
From signed brief to letters in the post is typically 10-14 days for Starter and Growth, and 2-3 weeks for Scale. We'll quote you a date in the kickoff call.
