The portal at app.galimai.com lets you query the entire UK property-holding company population directly: search by financial signals, ownership tenure, charge profile, legal-notice history, region, and dozens of other dimensions. Owners are ranked by the GalimAI sell-timing model so the top of every list is the segment most likely to disposse in the next 6 to 18 months.

Proprietary Sourcing
